If you are trying to upgrade Sparkit.ai and can't, it is likely because only the Organisation Owner has the necessary permissions to perform upgrades.
Why Can't You Upgrade?
In Spark, version upgrades are restricted to specific roles to maintain security and control over critical updates. Only the Organisation Owner has the authority to manage upgrades. This ensures that important changes, like version updates, are handled by someone with full access and oversight of the account.
How to Check if You’re the Organisation Owner
1. Sign in to Spark at https://app.sparkit.ai/login
2. Navigate to the Settings / Organisation
3. In the Organisation section, look for the Organisation Owner details.
If your name is listed as the owner, you should have the ability to upgrade. If someone else is listed, you may contact them to initiate the upgrade.
Not the Organisation Owner?
If you're not the Organization Owner, here's what you can do:
- Reach out to the listed Organisation Owner and request the upgrade.
- If needed, the Organisation Owner can transfer ownership to you, allowing you to handle future upgrades.
If you’re still facing issues or have questions about ownership, please contact our support team at cs@sparkit.ai, include your organisation details and a brief description of the problem, and we will work to resolve it promptly.
