Invitation Validity

Due to security reason, the invitation sent is valid for 7 Days only. 

The invitation will be marked as withdrawn under Settings / Users if there is no acceptance on the invitation email.


Please request your Organisation Admin to resend the invitation if the validity for the invitation has run out.

How to resend an invitation if it is expired [For Organisation Admin only]

1. Sign in to Spark at https://app.sparkit.ai/login

2. Navigate to your Profile / Users

If you have multiple organisations, do ensure that you access the right organisation that you wish to invite this user

3. Admin can search for the email / name of the users; and resend the invite.
