Question: It is no longer required, how do I cancel my Spark subscription?

Here are the steps for cancellation.

Step 1:

After signing in, on the home page of the platform, access the user menu by clicking on the icon at the top right corner of the screen.



Step 2:

On the user menu, click on “Billing”

Step 3:

You will see four billing options, Proceed to select “Cancel Subscription”

Step 4:

Once you click on cancel subscription, a form will pop up indicating the date when the subscription will be cancelled and a space to write down the reason for cancelling the subscription.
